A resource that meets you where you are. GUIDED is a childbirth education course that focuses on birth, nutrition, lactation and postpartum. Applicable for pregnancy through postpartum.
1:1 Calls
One-hour live Calls to discuss anything and everything. Think about it like you are chatting with your doula bestie. We can talk about anything from choosing providers, review/build your birth plan, nutrition, meal plans, hospital procedures, birth story processing, and so much more. Each call is $75 or you can book 1 call a month for the duration of your pregnancy for $615
We love to partner with families in this sacred time. Our support looks different for every family but our foundations remain the same- reminding each mother of her strength, authority, and helping to provide resources, education, and referrals for your pregnancy journey.
Lactation
We will cover the basics of breastfeeding such as; positions, latching, feeding & bottle support, weighted feeds, schedules, assisting in recognizing oral concerns, breast care & more.
$150.00 initial consult: In person + zoom/phone support $100.00: Follow up
Postpartum is such a vulnerable season, we are honored when we get the opportunity to partner with families by offering mama care, lactation support, referrals to providers and resources, meal preparation, baby care, and so much more.
1:1 Preconception Call
One-hour live Calls to discuss anything and everything preconception, cycle health, nutrition, preparing for conceiving & whatever else you might be wondering about in this vein. Think about it like you are chatting with your doula bestie. Each call is $75 or you can book a bundle of 3 calls for $190
