A resource that meets you where you are. GUIDED is a childbirth education course that focuses on birth, nutrition, lactation and postpartum. Applicable for pregnancy through postpartum.
GUIDED will include:
A 4-week course led by one of our instructors.
Meeting 1x week for 1 hour. We will end every session with a Q+A to answer any questions.
Explanation of Birth Stages and ways to prepare your body and mind for labor
Your own birth/postpartum doula and Lactation specialist who will be guiding you through the course
Printed copy “GUIDED” with boundless resources including- 15 downloadable birth affirmations. editable birth plan, shopping list, mama plans, nutrition guide, visuals & more
A confidant who will always speak to you with clarity and truth about matters at hand

Session 2: Mindfulness: Preparing emotionally for labor, breathing techniques, and comfort measures
Session 3: What to Expect, Stages of Labor, Positions and Movement

mama Care : Sitz Bath, shower (support if needed), essential oil steam, emotional support, aid in writing birth story for family.

meal Prep: preparing nutritious meals for the new parent
“how-to” as it applies to baby gear which includes but is not limited to baby-wearng/carriers, strollers, bottles, diapering (cloth and disposable).
baby related Light Housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, meal prep.
