Mango Gummies

We are always trying create easy ways to nourish our littles and ourself. Something we can easily share and is a great alternative to a “candy”. Our go-to snack especially in summer time. So hydrating and so easy!

Mango electrolyte gummies

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Juice (Lakewood Organic Biodynamic Mango Juice Blend is our favorite)

  • 5 scoops Gelatin (our favorite gelatin)

  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water

  • 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

  • Dash of High Quality salt (Jacobsen, Crucial Four, etc.)
    *Optional add-in: fresh or frozen fruit

Add 1 cup juice + gelatin to a bowl and allow the gelatin to bloom (about five minutes). Meanwhile, combine the remaining 2 cups juice, and maple syrup to a sauce pan and place over med-low heat until juice is warmed through.

Stir your bloomed gelatin and then add it to the sauce pan.

Remove sauce pan from heat and stir until combined.

Add Coconut water and salt and stir to combine,

Add a small of coconut oil to the bottom of your container or use gummy molds.

Pour into molds / container and place in the fridge until firm.

Lasts about a week in the fridge :)
